Warehouse Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Part-time – starting in-person 1 September 2025 – 6 days in total
- Online Learning: Access to engaging, on-demand materials to build a strong foundation at your own pace.
- Days 1–5: Interactive, face-to-face teaching to deepen understanding and develop practical skills.
- Day 6: Final assessments to achieve your Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) certification.
- Also includes a tour of The Range Distribution Centre at Gateway 14 in Stowmarket.
This course is aimed at existing Managers and Supervisors with experience in warehouse facilities as well as people interested in developing their career in warehouse management.
It is a blended learning programme starting with online study before attending face to face sessions from 1st September 2025. The course will include a warehouse tour.

- Inventory and stock management
- Warehouse automation

Assessment is via a multiple-choice exam and a case study exam, which are taken on day 6.
This course is being supported by the Freeport East Skills Escalator project with funding from the Freeport East Skills and Innovation Fund. For those businesses or individuals within the Freeport East geography, a 50% reduction in fees is available, subject to funding which is limited to the first 12 places.
